These Duck Confit Marylands are pre cooked so only need to be warmed through. I had mine in the pan to brown the skin slightly then into the oven for a few minutes but I feel just in the pan would suffice. They came out super tender, rich and delicious! Next time I will serve on a bed of mash. If you are planning a fancy dinner party these will prove a real crowd pleaser and are easy and quick to prepare! -
